David Yuhas has over a decade of legal experience handling family law, civil, juvenile, probate and real estate matters.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Finance from DePaul University, School of Business in 1996, Mr. Yuhas went onto receive his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law, in Newark, New Jersey, in 1999.
Mr. Yuhas served as a clerk for one year with the Superior Court in Burlington County, New Jersey. During this clerkship, Mr. Yuhas worked exclusively in Family Court, dealing with a wide variety of matters and participating extensively with the mediation program for Burlington County. Following his clerkship, Mr. Yuhas worked with a small, distinguished law firm in Burlington, New Jersey. During his years in practice with this firm, Mr. Yuhas specialized in probate, trust, family law, real estate and corporate matter.
Upon relocation to Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2002, Mr. Yuhas served clerked at various law firms, with a predominant focus on family law, civil and probate matters. In 2003 he was admitted to the bar in Arizona, he obtained employment with an established family law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, for several years.
Presently, Mr. Yuhas confines his practice to family law exclusively. He regularly handles divorce, paternity, child support and post judgment-enforcement and post judgment modification matters. Mr. Yuhas values his responsibility to educate each individual as to the family court process and how the law relates to their case specifically. He wants his clients to understand what is happening to aid in their representations to the best of their ability.
